For narrow gap welding of thick plate

Performance Characteristic

The system consists of narrow gap welding head, electrical cross sliding guide, two-dimensional tracing device, wire feeder with dual-direction straightening device, PEH control box, LAF-1000 power source, 4×4m manipulator, 200t turning rolls, control system, flux recovery and conveying system.

AC servo and specially designed narrow gap welding torch make the weave reliable

Long distance laser tracker can trace the seam bottom and the height of both sides

The control system consisting of PLC, touch screen and AC servo can make the weave bead automatically
