FOSIT new type pert ppr pipe extrusion line
Application and features:
This line is mainly used for extruding PPR PERT etc pipe products. Equipped with co-extrusion machine head it can produce PPR fiber composite pipe.
1. The design of groove feeding barrel and barrier type screw can improve the efficiency of plasticization. The extruding capacity is high and melting temperature and pressure is low and save energy source.
2. The filtering type mould head are adopted, which guarantee the material is sheared overly and prevent the material from being degraded.
3.The production line adopts the high efficient single screw extruder designed by our company.It has the characters of high speed extrusion and high efficient plasticization.
4.Barrier pattern of double poler of PPR specialized spiral pole, opened dent of machine.
5.Equipped with twice diffluence new pattern mould which has the characters of low temperature and low pressure extrusion.
6.Water film calibrating sleeve is adopted,which can guarantee high speed production.
7.PLC control system is adopted to guarantee easy operation.
8.Equipped with co-extruder for color strips according to customers' requirements.
