RC/A6 Safe Load Moment Indicator for All Models Tower Cranes
Safe Load Indicator for All Models Tower Cranes ( RC/A6) can work for all models of level-jib and luffing-jib tower crane. This tower crane load moment indicator applies RAM platform, Adapating man-machine 7" interface and dynamic simulation screen, accurately reflect tower crane real time working condition, great improvement for the calculation speed and response time. Once the tower crane overload, the indicator will cut off circuit and prevent dangerous operation, and guarantee safety working.
Recen Load Moment Indicator features & advantages
1).Display Function: will show the tower crane rated weight, hoisting weight, hook amplitude, slewing angel and torque on the indicator;
2). Alarm function: Visual-audible pre-alarm (discontinuous buzzer and yellow colum on monitor) when the tower crane load or radius reach pre set pre-alarm point 90%; Visual-audible alarm (continuous buzzer and red column on monitor) when the tower crane load or radius reach pre set alarm point 105%;
3). Control Output Function: when the tower crane over 105% load, the load moment indicator system will alarm, relay output, relative operations stopped;
4).Other Function: the history notes can be saved for reading, Sensor Diagnostics, Load chart data calibration and update.
