Crane Load Moment Indicator RC/A6
Crane Load Indicator (RC/A6) enjoys the function of moment protection, load, which can be applicable to level-jib tower crane (applicable to luffing tower crane in next edution). One unit includes the following components: LCD monitor, control cabinet, sensors, control output cable and so on. The controller can real time monitor the position of trolley, actual load, hook height, wind and so on and prevent the maneuver of over loading happening.
Main Functions
Measurement. Real time measure the radius of trolley (angle of jib and radius of tip for luffing tower crane), load and so on.
Indication. Real time indicates radius of trolley (angle of jib and radius of tip for luffing tower crane), load, rated load at present radius, percentage of actual load to rated load and so on.
Alarm. Visual-audible pre-alarm( discontinuous buzzer and yellow column on monitor) when the load or radius reach pre set pre-alarm point(95%); Visual-audible alarm(continuous buzzer and red column on monitor) when the load or radius reach pre set alarm point(105%); When one set in the network go wrong, the alarm light at top of cabin(option) will give alarm.
Moment Protection. According to the load information, allow or prohibit the hook upwards or trolley forwards. Include 2 contacts: Hook upwards, trolley forwards(low speed).
Data set up and updating. The model of tower crane can be selected and the data can be set on the controller. The controller will automatically load the load chart of the selected model.
Sensors Calibration. Calibration and measurement could be achieved by several simple operation after installation.
Records of controlling. All the records of controlling can be stored in the controller, which can be downloaded to surveillance computer for checking.
Updating of load chart of tower crane. Common load chart of tower crane have been stored in the controller and it could be updated by customer himself( this one will be realized in latest edition. The customer is required to install and operate Microsoft Access)
Authorization of Operation( will be realized in latest edition). In case of unauthorized operation, an authorized password is required for data setting and operation.
