RC/A5 Tower Crane Load Moment Indicator
Level-jib Tower Crane Load Moment Indicator (RC/A5) can work for all models of level-jib tower crane. This system applying 51 single chip, combination of sensors detection and torque cacualtion, using LED to display the real time working conditions. Once the tower crane is overload, the load moment indicator will cut off circuit and prevent dangerous operation, and guarantee safety working.
Recen Load Moment Indicator features & advantages
1).Display function: will show the tower crane rated weight, hoisting weight, hook amplitude, slewing angel, wind speed and torque on the indicator;
2).Alarm Function: In case the load reached 90 percent of crane rating at a particular moment, it will provide an early warning to the crane operator through a slow blinking red light. When the load( along with the hook amplitude) reached 105 percent, the load moment indicator will automatically trigger an alarm and will stop the lifting gear from lifting the load upward.
3).Control Output:over 105% load, the system alarm, relay output, relative operation stopped;
4).Others: the history notes can be saved for reading, Sensor Diagnostics, Load chart data calibration and update.
