1.The whole lathe bed, column, workbench, wagen, spindle box and other big parts are all of 

high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron, which make the precision of lathe 

with high rigidity and long term stability. The interior of lathe is decorated with the triangular 

stiffener, which can make the lathe bed more stable, so that can make the precision of lathe 

with high rigidity and stability for a long time

 

2.The heavy duty roller guide which made in Taiwan has strong rigidity, and good dynamic 

performance. The imported screw which has large diameter is cooperated with the international 

advantage lead screw auxiliary support system . It is of compact structure, smooth movement, 

and high accuracy. So the machine driven system is of high rigidity and high stability. 

 

3.The whole lathe bed which is optimization designed, one piece inverted, and T type structure 

has the good rigidity, perfect dynamic characteristics. It is suitable for the heavy cutting, and
