Magnetic blending tank is a new designed product which has no leakage, all closed, corrupt resisting, energy conservation etc advantage. The magnetic blending tank accept no touching passing torque, replace dynamic seal with the static seal, so it absolutely solve the leakage problem of shaft seal. The whole blending and blending medium are running in a sterility and healthy condition, it is a ideal replace machine and will be widely applied in the pharmaceutical, fine chemical, cosmetic and biology etc industry.
Usage:
It can be applied for material which need been mixed in a pressure, and the material is inflammable, flammable, toxic, and other process whose dissolve, sterilization, fermentation need 24hours stable pressure. And it can be more suited for biology process which is not permitted any leakage and pollution.
Function:
- This equipment has different head sealing type, jacket or single layer.
- Magnetic blending device has upper magnetic blending and lower magnetic blending two types.
Upper blending type is suited for 3-50m3 and big torque equipment. Lower blending type is applied to blending small volume 0-3m3 and high healthy need equipment.
- The mouthpiece accept international ISO standard: quick-coupling. Machine material is SUS316L or SUS304, inner mirror polishing, Ra ≤0.28 μm, outer side honed polishing.
- Material: barrel is 304 or SUS316L for optional
- Liquid level meter has general flat plate level meter, glass tube level meter, static pressure sensor level meter, ultrasonic level meter for optional.
