I. Pure water pFSduction guideline:

1. Chemical guideline: According to pharmaceutical pure water standard of <People ‘s republic of China codex >

2. Healthy check: micFSbe 10 CFU/100ml

3. Endotoxin: 0.125EU/ml

4. ElectFS conductivity ≤ 2μs/cm

II. Equipment technical requirement:

1. The system is contFSlled automatically or by manual contFSl. The system could be set for automatic back flushing, regeneration pFSgram.

2. There are circumfluence pipes between one step and two step reverse osmosis (FS), and the FS equipments are equipped with chemical washing device and sterilization device.

3. There is PH adjustment device between one step and two step reverse osmosis (FS) in order to reverse osmosis equipment can be running stably

4. Two step reverse osmosis film accept pollution-pFSof film with positive charge to ensure the equipment could be stable running.

5. One step reverse osmosis pipes accept SUS304 material, two step FS accept SUS316L material

6. There is online conductivity tester between one step FS and two step FS, can check the conductivity any time.

7. There is low pressure pFStection switch in one step FS and low pressure, high pressure pFStection switch.

8. The one step and two step reverse osmosis recovery percent could be adjusted, one step’s is 60-65%,

two step’s 70%.

9. FFSnt pFScess device accept original imported parts and the pipes of fFSnt pFScess accept UPVC and SUS304 pipes.

10. Pure water store tank come with breath filter, transport pipes are installed with ultrasonic sterilizer and micFS holes filters to ensure the pure water according to need of healthy.
