GPS Time Synchronizer With Holdover Function

Introduction 

The CL-1021 GPS Time Synchronizer integrates high accuracy GPS time receiver module with a high stability OCXO crystal oscillator. Adopting CPLD technology and unique frequency/phase tracking algorithm, it provides multi-channel of time and frequency signals simultaneously (10MHz, 1PPS, TOD etc.) Different physical/electrical interfaces are optional according to the customers requirement.

The CL-1021 is designed for applications with requirement on timing synchronization to supply high accuracy time and frequency reference signals. Additionally, “1588 Out-band 1PPS+TOD Input” can be used as secondary synchronization source.

A switch can be used to select the primary timing , once the primary timing resource is failed, the secondary timing resource shall be selected automatically.
