Introduction
RT2 series of high-temperature car-botton resistance furnaces is national standard, energy-saving and periodic resistance furnace, with ultra energy-efficient structure, using composite fiber for heat preservation, and ultra-light and high-strength refractory materials. It can save energy from 60% to 70%. The furnace mouth has a brick for preventing workpiece impact and the trolley uses double-layer sealing, with integrated rail connection and easy mounting and operation. It is mainly applied in quenching, annealing and aging of high chromium steel casting and high manganese steel casting, nodular cast iron, roller, steel ball, crusher hammers and wear-resistant lining plate and heat treatment for various machinery parts.
