Products Introduction :
The extrusion line for XPS cornice is designed to produce ,through a process of hot extrusion special extruded polystyrene foam profiles ,This process is characterized mainly by the continuous mixing of a blowing agent in melted polymer ,The compound of the various components is prepared in a mixer and pneumatically teansported to a dosing device ,which feed the mixtrure into the extruder ,in the extruder the mixture is heated to the melting temperature of polystyrene ,The profile polystyrene ,The profile polystyrene cornice will be extruded from the die head after the mixture and the foam agent mixed enough .

How many people operation one production lines?
need 2-3 people ,when the engineer have learn operation machine ,production machine will so easy .
How many meters produce per minute ?
Different densign and size ,the capacity is different ,for 45mm width cornice ,about 15-20meters per minute ,for 58mm width cornice ,about 12-15 meters per minute ,for 130mm width cornice ,about 6-8 meters per minutes.

GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene)and HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene)
What's the capacity of cornice production lines ?
The little machine type capacity is 10-40KG/Hour ,The big machine type capacity is 20-70KG/Hour .

Tips and Advice
1 The moulds expand and contract with temperature changes
2 Apply adequate adhesive along the edges on the back of cornice as well as on the ends
3 Cornices should be fitted on level and stable surface
4 Before the adhesive dries usd a damp cloth to remove excess
5 Panel pins can be used to secure joints should support be required while the adhesive dries
6 If necessary ,Lightly sand oints for even finished
