- applicable to draw 9.5 mm high-strength, high-conducive, and heat-resistant aluminum alloy rod and /or pur aluminum rod into 1.8 mm~4.5 mm wire .with some parts changed, it is also capable of drawing aluminum alloy rod and/or pure aluminum rod into Z-shaped, S-shaped ,C-shaped, and/or rectangular wires.
- each drawing capstan is provided with independent, same power-rated, intechangeable DC motor and reducer; with multiple motor drive, it takeds less time for the machine to stop, and so efficiency is raised.
- As slip rate is minimized, wear to drawing capstan is greatly reduced. basically there is no slip friction between the surface of the wire and that of the capstan, and the finish quality of the wire is upgradeed. around 10% power energy canbe saved after the motor adjusts its power reting by itself. while drawing wires of a larger size, it is possible to stop some of the motors for the capstans, thus saving around 20% energy.
- it is easy, effort-saving and safe to open and close the cover of the draing tank as it is done by pneumatic means.tilting base at the bottom makes it easy to clean the fluid tank.
- Automatic pneumatic dual spooler for the machine is free from oil leakage, no pollution to the worksite and conducive to environment protection.
- Dual support to the traversing rack so that it moves smoothly; motorized adjustment to the position for change of direction can be made even when it is under in-line condition.
- Contactless potentiometer is adopted in the wire accumulator, which has a longer service life and good adjustment to linearity in order to achieve high-speed change of bobbins, resulting in high output.
- Rotary arm pay-off stand has two positions to receive and pay off the rod continuously and without tangling the rod. In case of tangled rod, a sensor gives off signal to stop the main machine. Tilting ladder and operation platform are provided to the pay-off stand in order to make it easy and safe for operators to thread and/or lead the rod.
- Automatic control available as photoelectric control and electric control are integrated with mechanical founction; fully digital DC speed regulator and PLC are used for computerized intelligent control, complete with measurement, indication and fault display founction as well as alarming for breakdown and automatic stop founction.
- Touch screen has USB interface and TCP/IP local interface open for use to realize remote data management over ther production line.
