Through rotating or tilting the work table, Block-type positioner is the device making the weld seam in a horizontal or boat-shaped position.
Work table rotate by using frequency conversion stepless, while the sector gear and hydraulic cylinder drive table tilt.
Table turning angle is 0 ° ~ 120 °.
Joint control can be achieved between work table and manipulation or welding machine. Control system has three options: the key figures controlled, digital controlled switching and switching relays controlled.
The product is used in a variety of shafts, plates, cylinders and other rotary parts of the welding. It is the most widely used structure.
