Working fundamental
The upper heater: hot air reflow heater,make the chip heated evenly.
The bottom heater and infrared heater can heat the back of PCB,prevent the PCB from deformation.
All of them can set 8 segments heating ,cooling and constant temperature parameters, store 10 groups of temperature parameters.
Accurate temperature controlling system
Sound hint system.There is an alarm before the completion of each desoldering and soldering.
How to get the accurate temperature is the most importent aspect for reparing BGA chip.
DH-A1L bga rework station use HD touch screen interface, PLC control ,K sensor close loop controland automatic temperature compensation system. It combines with temperature module, which enables temperature accuracy to ±2°C.
What's more,the external Iron station is very convenient for your work.
