100tons Ice Making Plant for Fishery

 Ice making plant is a highly efficient refrigeration unit, which mainly aim at the area such as Africa, Middle East and Oceania where has a big demand in ice. Commercial block ice machine adopts integrated design, having easy installation, just connecting the power and water pipe to use. It has the following features:

1.Ice making tank adopts 150mm thickness polyurethane insulation material and has good stickiness and effect in heat insulation.

2. As for coil tube evaporator type block ice machine, we use big power water agitator to replace the common water pumps. It faster the brine flowing so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine.

3. The linear design for the ice plant, such as put the refrigeration unit, ice making tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, will maximize the investment on manpower and reduce the whole cost.

Brine system block ice machine structure and application:

(1)Brine system block ice machine structure: refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank), water cooling tower/ air cooling fan, and necessary components.

(2)Daily production: 100 tons per day. And if the capacity is more than 20 tons per day, it cannot ship the whole machine in container. So we do the local installation and construction in your place.

(3)Weight of block ice: 50kg,100kg, also can be done as your requirement.

(4)Power form supply: 380V/50HZ/3P, Refrigerant R22/R404a.

(5)Application: the block ice is use to reduce temperature, especially in Africa country where the power is not stable and the climate temperature is high. When the power is off, people use the block ice to cooling the drinking and beverage. And block ice is also used to keep fish fresh or crushed into small pieces to fresh vegetable and fruit.
