Product Description
Working Principle
The dewatering screen adopts double vibration motor as power supply. The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block.
Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offseted. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating
linear motion.
Structure
This equipment is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame,Vibration motor, Supporting device.
v Screen box-mainly welded by plain carbon steel, can also be welded by various kinds of stainless steel according to customer's requirement
v Screen frame-screen frame can be made by plain carbon steel or stainless steel according to customer's requirement
v Vibration motor-two sets of horizontal vibration motor installed in the equipment as vibration source,
can produce exciting force to adapt to different requirements by adjusting he motor eccentric block at both ends
v Supporting device-supporting device is composed of supporting springs and supporting frame which welded by iron channel. Inclination of the screen
can be modulated by changing the height of support legs.
