Sodium Silicate Furnace General Description:

Effective melting area is 20 square meters, melting temperature 1350°C-1500°C and daily production capacity 28 tons.

The furnace is equipped with two burners, which work alternately every 30 minutes, using PLC control system.

Installation of furnace could be finished within 30 days.

Taking Coal gas as energy, long and flat fire spraying opening will replace the burner. The firing principle and melting crafts remain the same, while the investment is different. 

Coke gas is almost the same as natural gas, but more burners needed and the structure of burner is different.
