The patented Microcomputer intelligent control system which developed by our company, Is able to self-diagnosis and self-protection. It will alarm for the overload of host, the over-high exhaust temperature, the motor rotates inversely, the overload of fan power, and the sensor fault on the control panel, can be controlled remote and work safely under unattended.

The system can be used for more than 2 million times without any trouble, adjust the volume of the air according to the real needed, saving much energy and the cost for the enterprises.

With a large-sized mechanical cyclone, the separate load can be lightened significantly. Galvanizing finishing avoid rust and prevent impurities entering into back-end valves or controlled system as well.

After accurate scientific computation,we explore out a new design cooler which is able to protect machine effectively from overheating. Moreover, releasing 30% stock heat to reduces carbon deposits which caused by high temperature. Under special anticorrosion treatment, it could well adapt extreme operational conditions and extend the service life.

Three-stage oil-gas separation system--centrifugal, gravity and fine instrument--With built-in efficient oil-gas separator core, to ensure the oil content of compressed air at 2 ~ 3 PPM, pressure loss is less than 0.02 Mpa , reduce oil mist emission, reduce the loss of the lubricant , thus to reduce the cost.

The service life of the valve is over 50,000 hours. Adjust the pressure to a suitable level at a high rate of speed during machine running, protect the oil filters and ensure enough lubricant of the headpiece and air-tight of the pipeline system, thus make the machine running safely and stably.

 

 

Use advanced oil filter of which the Filtration precision reaches to 5μ, Provide great  protection for the host.

Use senior filter medium of which the result ofdust prevention approaching 99.9%, thus prolong the service life of the air system.
