I. EPS block production line mainly includes three parts:
1. EPS pre-expander: it’s used to make EPS raw material to foamed beads
2. EPS block molding machine: it’s used to make foamed beads to foam block.
3. EPS cutting machine: it’s used to cut the big foam block to small size you need.

A.EPS pre-expander
It turns eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) to big and light foam beads through steam
heating. With PLC and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating
and ejecting foam beads.

B. EPS Block Molding Machine
It makes eps foam beads to big foam block through steam heating and air cooling. With PLC
and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating, vacuum cooling, mould
opening, mould closing and ejecting the foam block.

C. EPS cutting machine
It cuts the big foam block to small size with electricity hot wire, can cut in 3 direction: Horizontal, vertical, Lateral.

A: We will send our engineer for installation and commissioning, but relevant cost will be paid by you.
