1. Clean sweeping
Its operation combines washing and high-pressure rinsing, clearing off dust in the road surface and removing efficiently stains sticking to the road. Compared to the traditional sweeper, it may sweep in a cleaner manner;
It is equipped with dedicated high-pressure centrifugal blower, generating large air volume and strong suction force; it can ensure efficient collection of sewage and garbage, while solving the problem that water is collected when rinsing uneven pavement;
2. Reliable and durable:
The Dongfeng tianjing DFL1160BX chassis has the industry's highest market share, characterized by well-tested application experience and industry-leading reliability; Pneumatic system is made by Japan SMC - a top pneumatic product brand in the world and can work highly efficiently and stably;
Athos hydraulic valve imported from Italy may ensure that it can work stably without leakage and failure;
Water pump is driven by pneumatic gear clutch; if the power from the high pressure water pump is cut off in clean-maintaining mode, it may extend life of high-pressure water pump.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection;
Air-to-air intercool Cummins auxiliary engine can enable more complete combustion, save fuel and better emission, really realizing environment-friendly design philosophy;
Suction system is optimized by Academician workstation to have more reasonable configuration and lower energy consumption;
4. Advanced technology:
German Siemens PLC controller is used to control the whole truck; many operations in the cab can be completed in one key control with high level of automation;
Equipped with a voice alarm system that can accurately broadcast a variety of safety tips and faults;
Tank low water level alarm is fitted to prevent water pump from being damaged; overflowing warning device is installed to prevent sewage from overflowing from suction pipes and leading to secondary pollution;
5. Safe usage
When lifting up the tank and unloading, firstly open the rear gate by the automatic control program to prevent trash can from lifting with full load and rollover;
6. Convenient maintenance
Truck fault may automatically cause alarm; fault detection is carried out by computer for quick and correct diagnosis;
Maintenance doors are fitted in two sides (left and right) of the engine hood so that the routine maintenance of the auxiliary engine can be easy and accessible.
