Performance Characteristics of the landfill compactor
| 1.The landfill compactor adopts hydromechanical transmission, front and rear four-wheel drive and four-wheel braking. |
| 2. The landfill compactor adopts military quality hydraulic torque converter and power-shift gearbox; the clutch friction plate is installed externally, which is easy for maintenance; two forward gears and two backward gears are suitable for the harsh conditions in landfill; meanwhile, the gearbox can automatically realize spontaneous out-of-gear when braking, and can automatically connect the gear when releasing the braking, so as to avoid damaging transmission system during braking |
| 3. The hydraulic system of the whole machine adopts German DIN standards. Its "Cone-Ο" double seal has good leakproofness and strong anti-leakage. |
| 4.Firm vehicle frame of the landfill compactor with inclosed, flat-bottom and box-shaped structure can reduce driving resistance, completely eradicate fires and prevent garbage from entering into the cabin. |
| 5.The landfill compactor is equipped with an auxiliary disinfection spray system with the ability of drug-corrosion prevention. The spray dosage is adjustable. Meanwhile, it is equipped with electrical protection device for nozzle clogging. |
