Parallel Paper Tube Winder/Paper Core Machine SKPJ16-50 with On line Tube Cutter is specially designed for making small size paper tubes with high working efficiency and reliability.
Features:
1, Directly make the jumbo roll into paper tube and cut tubes into needed length,convenient for regulating tubes’ length.
2, Automatic paper edge grinding device with the machine,benefit for sealing paper tube’s outer circle.
3, Adopt scraping glue way to glue the paper, use scraping plate to scrape the glue,uniformly glue the paper, no glue adhere at the outer cycle of paper tube.
4, Adopt liquid level control, automatic pump the glue.
5, Adopt the workmanship of waxing inner circle of paper tube, reduce the resistance of discharging tube and keep no glue at the inner circle of the paper tube.
6, The glue vessel is adopted stainless steel design,acid corrosion.
7, Electric components and pneumatic components use importing famous brand with high quality.
8, Reeling tube’s motor, conveying paper’s motor and discharging tube’s motor are all adopted servo motor with high precise and fast speed.
9, Every action adopts numerical control, highly automatic to let the machine run stably and keep high production capacity.
10, Adopt LCD touch screen design, easy to operate and set the parameter, convenient for finding malfunction.
