Appliance:
High practicable for kinds of waste plastics recycling like plastic films, sheets and style material.
with specific designs on screws andwith different configurations.High torque gear box could keep the machines working steady with low noise. Screws and barrels after specific treatment processing which has the features of wear resisting, good mixing performnce,high ouput capacty. Vacuum exhaust or ordinary air vent design could discharge water and ar n material to get high quatlity pellets.
Machine For To make Plastic Pellets ---- consist of the following items:
1. Conveyor:convey PP PE film or flakes into compactor.
2. PE film compactor:crushing and compress film,and feed compressed film into extruder forcedly,to make the production capacity high and stable.
3.Extruding system:plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
4.High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head:filter material impurity,to make production more stable.
5.water ring pelletizing machine:cutting pellets in water.
6.Water tank:cooling pellets.
7.Dewater machine:make pellets dry.
8.Vibration sieve:remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.
9.Air Blower:convey good pellets into silo.
10:Storage silo:keep pellet.

A:Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang city,Jiangsu Province,China,about 2 hours bus ride from Shanghai.All our clients,from home and abroad,are warmly welcome to visit us.
After Service:
We have 1 year warranty, and lifetime maintenance.
Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.
1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them.
