Waste PP PE film Granulating Line
Applicaion:
PE PP film double stage plastic granules making machine could Extruding the waste plastic into granulator,cooling and cutting.
Waste plastic materials included: polyethylene (greenhouse film,PET bottle, lined bag) or Polypropylene(old film bag, packing belt, bundle rope, non-woven fabrics).
This Double-Step granules making machine used widely,is preferred models of the Plastic Recycling Industry.
Waste PP PE film Granulating Line ---Advantages:
1.PE/PP recycling granulating machine is special equipment for the PE PP film recycling granulating, it equipped with comacting machine which cound pre- compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel of extruder, its efficiency is high and can improve production capacity and save labour cost.
2.It has two vacuum exhuasting mouth on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture in the material and hence the final granule quality will be very perfect.
3.at the end of screw barrel, it equipped with double post fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can effetively filt out the dirty in the plastic melt.
4.the pelletizing adopts water flush pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

After Service:
We have 1 year warranty, and lifetime maintenance.
Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.
1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them
