Product Description

High Quality & Widely Used

    This LSZH flame retardant (irradiation cross-linkable) polyolefin insulation compound is produced by using premium polyolefin resins as ground mass, adding with inorganic  flame  retardants,  antioxidant  and  other additional agents through continuous mixing granula

-ting process. This cable material does not contain halogen combustion and will not release toxic gas. The prominent processing method ensures the end product with excellent extrusion process ability and great flame retardant  performance. The  heat  resistance  level  is 125℃, can pass the vw-1 cluster combustion test.

Processing

Recommend to use conventional single screw extruder (special screw for low smoke zero halogen resistance fuel, length to diameter ratio of 24:1 and the best compression ratio was 2.5:1) for extrusion operation.

Storage

•Store at room temperature and avoid sunshine.      
•Storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.    
•Half year shelf life from the date of production.     
•If opened for long time, please dry by dryer at 70-80 ℃ for 3-4 hours before use.
