The quality control of raw materials is fundamental to every aspect of the production processes. We have been working well with carefully-selected raw materials providers from overseas and put every effort in the raw materials storage procedure to make sure that impurities are fully controlled and prevented from the source.

High-quality&Widely-used

This  product  adopts  a  special  process , granulating  by mixing up the matrix resins and a variety of accessories, with silane  coupling  agent  as  attaching  ingredient  to make it fully absorbent. The excellent grafting reaction prevents the process  of  wiring  from  pre-crosslinking  which  ensures  prominent  extrusion  ability as well as excellent stability and reliability. 

Application

* Dedicated to middle, low voltage cross-linking wire and cable production, allowing maximum working temperature of 90 ℃.
* Suitable for low voltage crosslinked wire and cable insulation (conductor cross section between 1.5mm2and 6mm2).

Processing

Recommend  for  polyethylene  specific  extruder.  Draw  ratio  is  from  18:1 to  25:1,  and other  equipment  need  to be  adjusted according to the circumstance.

Packaging

* Each package content is 25kg.
* Aluminum foil vacuum seal, with composite paper bags outside.

Storage

* Keep at room temperature.
* Storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
* Time limit for the storage is within six months from the date of production.
* Please use up the mixture in 16 hours after bag is opened.
