Styrene-butadiene block copolymer is referred to as SBS, which is mainly used for asphalt modification, shoe making, and pipe making. Belts, plates, automotive parts, medical devices, sporting goods and adhesives. It can be modified with resin and rubber, and can be used as a filler to adjust viscosity, hardness, softness, bonding and flexural resistance.
Product Application
Shoemaking industry
As the sole material, it replaces vulcanized rubber and modified PVC, and has the characteristics of elasticity, wet skid resistance and excellent low temperature performance, and is suitable for sports shoes and leisure shoes.
Asphalt modification
Improve the low-temperature toughness, high-temperature resistance and aging resistance of asphalt, which is used to produce waterproof coiled materials, road base materials, etc., especially suitable for cold areas and projects with frequent deformation.
Polymer modification
Blended with polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastics to improve its hardness, softness, adhesiveness and crack resistance, and applied to pipes, films, injection molded products, etc.
Adhesives and coatings
The hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and decorative adhesive are made with strong viscosity, low toxicity, oil resistance and weather resistance.
It is prepared into vulcanized rubber adhesive or strippable coating, which is used for electronic component packaging, anti-corrosion coating, etc.
Medical instruments and household appliances
Using its biocompatibility and physical properties, it is used to manufacture medical instrument parts, sealing rings, household appliance shells and so on.

1.Packing
Supplied in 25Kg/paper bag or bulk bag.
2.Storing
Resin must be stored at temperature under 40℃. The sun radiation, heat, humidity is prohibit. The expiration date is 3 years.
3.Transportation
During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with
sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly
prohibited.
4.Safety
Under normal conditions products do not present a toxic hazard through skin contact or inhalation. For detailed information please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
