PA12
PA12, the full name of polyamide 12, is an engineering plastic with excellent properties. It is a linear polymer material made of caprolactam and phthalic anhydride by ring-opening polymerization. PA12 has good wear resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical stability, as well as high strength and stiffness. It is widely used in automobile parts, electronic appliances, textile machinery, medical devices and other fields.
Product Aplication
1. Auto parts
Nylon 12 can be widely used in automobile fluid transportation pipelines, including fuel pipeline, clutch pipeline, vacuum brake booster pipeline, air brake pipeline and battery coolant pipeline.
2. Pipeline cables
PA12 material has been applied to flexible riser, gas pipe, lining and steel pipe coating on land and sea for many years, which can prevent seawater erosion and oil fluid corrosion.
3. 3D printing
Fatigue resistance and toughness can meet the requirements of workpieces with high mechanical properties, so nylon 12 has gradually become an ideal material for 3D printing of engineering plastics.
4. Medical treatment
PA12 is also used as a nursing medical material, which meets the medical product requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration and the European Union, and is an excellent material for catheter production.
5. Daily necessities
PA12 has excellent fatigue resistance, no spraying, and can be used for spectacle frames.

Supplied in 25Kg/paper bag or bulk bag.
2.Storing
Resin must be stored at temperature under 40℃. The sun radiation, heat, humidity is prohibit. The expiration date is 3 years.
3.Transportation
During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with
sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly
prohibited.
4.Safety
Under normal conditions products do not present a toxic hazard through skin contact or inhalation. For detailed information please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
