The Chopped Basalt Fiber
The chopped Basalt Fiber is made by the continuous basalt fiber raw silk.
The fiber is coated with Silane wetting agent, it is the first choice material to enhance the thermoplastic resin,
it is also the best material for concrete reinforcement.
Basalt is a kind of high performance volcano rock components,
this special silicate made the the basalt rock has excellent chemical resistance and
alkali resistance. It Is the excellent material to strengthen the concrete and
it can improve the high temperature stability of asphalt concrete,
the low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance.
Compared with the organic fiber, basalt fiber elastic modulus,
tensile strength, corrosion resistance and chemical stability, dispersibility and mortar,
concrete affinity has obvious advantages.
Effect
When the Highway concrete pavement 24mm High performance short chopped Basalt Fiber additive added to the cement matrix..
1.To improve the tensile strength of the matrix.
2.To stop the matrix existing defects (micro cracks) expansion and delay the emergence of new cracks.
