Machine description

Razor wire mesh machine mainly include Automatic feeding machine, Punching machine, Receiving machine and 

wire warping machine.

working principle

 First:Put the raw material on the automatic feeding machine, and tight with handle

Second:Punched razor strips by punching machine

Third:Use the receiving machine to make the razor strip in roll

Forth:Put the razor strips on the Plate shelf,put wire on the Wire shelf,then connect them together with Wire warping 

          machine(Please make sure to adjust the screws to right size of Wire warping machine;Adjust Coiling Rack as 

          your requirement,then run Wire warping machine)

Customer Attention

Please read following carefully before using our equipment:

1, Don’t touch the running parts of machine

2, Don’t unplug the plug in electricity.

3, Don’t remove or cut down the (Zero line) ground wire which on  the main machine and electric control box. Inspect the ground wire 

Regularly

4, Please stop machine and power off when the fuse fusing in    Electric control box. Then change into the same type one after finding out the cause of problem.

5, Don’t adjust device freely. Don’t put tools, wire or any other  sundries on (in)the Electric control box or on the top of case or rack.

6, You must inject the lubricating oil to the bearing parts, don’t run it  without enough oil.Inject oil after machine is stopped. If any parts  must be inject when it is running, please inject by continuing-dropping

7, Please stop running and power off when workers leave for a while, and adjust speed to a minimum In order to avoid someone wrong operation. Please switch off the power, lock electric control box when the staff leaves for a long time.

1,  Maintenance period: one year
      We can send our technicist to the buyers’ place to debug the machine and providing the training

      in 30 days after the machines arrive at the destination port.
2, The debugging fees: free
3, The training fees: First 7days is free , after that USD100/day for each technical
4, The numbers of technical persons: one technical person per machines at most.
5, The fees: round-trip tickets, accommodation etc, are all in buyers’ account.
6, During the maintenance period: the parts damaged non-artificially will be provided free of charge. If

       buyers need the technicians,we will assign the technicalstaff to your company. And the fees ,

       such as round-trip tickets,accommodation etc, are all in buyers’ account.
7, After the maintenance period: If buyers need the machine parts, we will provide it as our cost.
