About SJ Single screw extruder:
It's widely used for extruding thermo-plastics such as soft and hard polyvinyl chorid(PVC) and PE.Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machine,(including the head of former),it can produce many kinds of plastic products such as film ,pipe,plate,braid,belt.It can also be used in pelleting.
It can process all kind of plastic products with auxiliary machines concerned, such as film, pipe, stick, plate, thread, ribbon, insulating layer of cable, hollow products and so on. It is also used in graining. The machine design is advanced, production capacity is high, plasticization is good, and energy consumption is low. The extruder adopts hard gear surface for transmission. It has advantages of low noise, smooth operation, large loading, long use-life and so on.
The extruders are derived by D.C motor with a thruster to steeples regulate. It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system. The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil,it include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
This machine is advanced in design,high in output,good in plasticization and low in energy consumption.The involute gear driving is characterized by low noise,stable in working ,big bearing capacity and long service life.
