Performance features
Basic structures: one 6m container made with special technology, 2 Piping Prefabrication Automatic Welding Machine, 2 Auxiliary Trolleys for Automatic Welding Machine, 2 Piping Cantilever Cranes and 2 FCAW/GMAW Welding Machines.
Production Efficiency: 450650 inch per day (DN200 SCH40) (higher efficiency will be achieved by using Piping Cantilever Cranes and Piping Prefabrication Automatic Welding Machine, but the efficiency will be lower when using the traveling cane for the fixed pipe prefabrication line).
Mobility: Excellent (without limitation of radiation radius when using container as carrier)
Application: Used in projects with a majority of common pipelines and few thick ones.

Pipe prefabrication depth: 50%~80%
Design of the detailed fabrication drawing: with PDSOFT 3DPiping, a software product specially used for designing pipe prefabrication.
Management of the prefabrication process: with PDSOFT PPMIS, management system software for pipe prefabrication and installation.
