  HIGH ALUMINA POROUS CERAMIC FILTER TUBES

 

1:General Material Description:

This ceramic filter elements are manufactured from high alumina micro porous ceramic material consisting of plenty of well-distributed and arched open holes.

Due to high porosity and the large internal surface,the high alumina porous ceramic offer a high storing capacity for particles and liquids.The labyrinth structure leads to an excellent separation efficiency at a simultaneously very low increase of differential pressure.

The high alumina porous ceramic filter elements are distinguished by the high thermal shock resistance and high bending strength.So that it can be used in depth filtration applications of up to 500oC and easily cleaned and regenerated.

5:Applications:

Filtration and dehydration for sludge and flocculating constituent after wastewater coagulation treatment;

Wastewater pretreatment by methods of ion exchange,electrolytic process and active carbon adsorption;

Filtration treatment of suspended solids for the wastewate during treatment of the dust trench wastewater of boilers(can use closed cycle);

Terminal treatment of air flotation and evaporation concentration; oil-water separation processing of oily wastewater;

Collection radioactive substances during combustion and burning exhausting filtration of radioactive waste;

Act as cusion for radioactive waste repository or waste landfill site to have the wastewater seeped,the wastewater then drain to the water receiving pond through subdrain for further treatment, it can prevent secondary contamination;

Applied for gas filtration,and filtration of electroplating wastewater containing Zn,Sn and Ni, and filtration treatment of electrolytic mother liquor.
