Product Description
Peanut Slicer is designed to slice the split blanched peanut into slim flake. Sliced peanuts can be used for doughnut tapping, frozen yoghurt tapping, bakery.
Peanut Slicer utilizes high speed centrifugal force to realize efficient slicing. Thickness of slices can be adjusted by controlling the gauge between the blades and the wall of drum. This kind of slicer realizes continuous cutting and optimization of slicing effect.
Peanut Slicer’s touching material parts are made of stainless steel 304. The driven system and the frame are made of carbon steel.

Production Flow
- Peanuts Roasting: The multifunctional peanut roaster is used for meeting chopping line processing. This roaster can alter low or high temperature by means of electrical control system. The working temperature range is 90-170℃. The roasting time is 25-30minutes. The thickness of peanuts is adjustable depending on different processing demands.
- Peanut Split Blanching: The roasted peanuts come out from the vibrating discharge device and are feed into the split blancher by the bucket conveyor.
- Peanut Sorting: This section can be designed into two types. One is manual. Another is mechanical. All the un-blanched, imperfect, minor defects, damaged kernels, impurities shall be sorted out.
- Metal detector: it is mainly designed to pick out the metal impurities among split blanched peanuts, in order to protect the cutter and keep purity of finished chopped peanuts.
- Peanut Slicing: Split blanched peanuts are fed to the slicer by a short belt conveyor. There are numerous sharp alloy-steel blades inside of peanut slicer. Under the centrifugal force with high speed, peanut is sliced into thin slices.
- Sliced Peanut Packing: sliced peanuts are packed into 2-10kg or in bulk.
