Introduction of Peanut Slicer Processing Line
Peanut deep processing improves substantial value of raw peanuts. China is one of largest peanuts country on planting & consumption & processing & exporting, in the past years, peanut manufacturers mainly export raw peanuts, with or without shell, such condition causes manufacturers enter low profit margin and face to high crisis on international business. Following the rising demand on many snacks manufacturers, confectionary within the country and oversea market, most of local peanut manufacturers begin to deep processing, hence to increase their competitiveness on international market.
Processing purpose: Peanut roasting & sliced production line begins from raw peanuts through destoning, roasting, split blanching, sorting, slicing and packing, sliced peanuts are packed in bulk for sell.
It contains below steps:
Fist use peanut blanching machine make the peanut kernel with skin become loose, then transfer the peanut to wet peanut peeling machine, some blades inside of wet peanut peeling machine, so peanut skin pricked by the blade. Next the peanut will be clamped and be extruded, then peanut kernel and red skin be separate. The peanut kernel be transported to dryer, the red skin be collected. The peeled peanut be transport to steam soften machine, this process will make the peanut of inside and outside water content evenly. Out from steam soften machine, peanut be transported to peanut slicer by bucket conveyor, then it be sliced by peanut slicer. Then sliced peanut be sent to dryer by Swing Feeding Belt . When the sliced peanut into the dryer, they will need few minute to loss water.Then they will need screen,because the sliced peanut have some very small part, it need to separating from it.Then the good sliced peanut will packed become the products to sell.
