Core Stacking Table
1. Purpose of the product:
The core overturning table is used for piling and overturning of medium and large
transformer cores is an essential tooling for production of large transformers.
2.Components of the device
Piling platform, I-shaped support, lifting beam, accessory tooling (hydraulic trolley for core
placement), core positioning tooling (ordered specially)

4. Functional features
1)The core piling overturning table is a special device with advanced level in similar products at home and abroad for piling and overturning of large and superlarge transformer cores modified, designed and produced by combining
with actual conditions of the transformer industry in China according to technical drawings of foreign special devices.
2)All components must be guaranteed with sufficient strength and rigidity and guarantee no distortion during overturning and the reliability of work.
3)Main components are obtained through machining, guaranteeing the flatness tolerance of the upper plane of the piling platform.
4)Necessary heat treatment and non-destructive inspection are done in components involving lifting and the non-destructive inspection report is provided,guaranteeing the safety of work.
5)No special pit is required. Only two positioning slots are arranged on the ground for positioning during use and assembly. After use, components of the overturning table can be disassembled and lifted with not occupying the working space.
