Vacuum Dry and Oil Filling Equipment
1.General Information
1)This equipment is specialized in vacuum dry - vacuum oil filling for 10KV—35KV lever oil immersed transformer .
2)There are many methods for dehydration for transformer body under vacuum environment. Each improvement of drying process is to maximize the efficiency of heating and vacuum. Vacuum and heating is the requirement for vacuum dry for transformer body.However, heating under normal air pressure will create ageing problem for body and rusting for iron core ; while Vacuum heating process is very slow as the heat convection and conduction depend on radiation. Pressure transformation vacuum dry is more effective and economic method which can solve above problems.
