CNC-OX-2180 Features:
1.It is fit for processing all sorts of metal materials dies and cavity dies of special shape parts.
2.Machine tool's 3 axis adopt the movement of double nuts ball screw by preloading.
3.The load weight capacity of table is big.It is applied to process large size molds of automotive ,home appliances,etc.
4.Installing the DC servo electrical motor and digital feedback of raster ruler can ensure high transmission precision and low driving torque.
5.Direct current servo system matched corresponding control system may accomplish the self-adapting machining.
6.Machine tools adopt fixed workbench design, machining accuracy may not influenced by workbench's loading.
7.X, Y axles' move adopt pillow style structure.
8. Gliding of two axles use high accurate line rolling guide and ball bearing wind of perch transmission.
9.So owns advantages like travel route big, rigidity good, coefficient of friction small, adapting to big, medium size mold's elaboration.
10.Z axle's bottom is loaded with a T type groove electrode connection board.
11.It can install large-scale electrode directly, also fitting for all sorts of tools to satisfy many kinds of small-typed electricity polar's installment.
12.Working tank's effective volume may reach 853 liters of work's oil box gross.
13.Demonstrated capacity can reach 1345 liters.
14.Ensuring actuating medium's clear rate with filtrate device.
