1. introduction of vibrating hopper feeder machine:
Vibrating feeder can continuously and evenly feed materials, classify and screen materials in advance which benefit the system with high and stable yields and safe operation. The vibratory feeder facilitates materials classification, improves the system efficiency, and saves land space and power energy.
2. Features
1. Small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy to assemble.
2. Small power consumption because it works nearly in the state of critical sympathetic vibration.
3. Control device use half wave silicon controlled rectifier circuit , hence the feeding quantity can realize the stepless adjustment easily.
4. Since the feeding material volume can be changed, started or stopped instantaneously,the feeding quantity can be controlled accurately.
5. The feeder is kept being threw up during feeding process, so the abrasion to the trough is small.
