KJ series tube furnace use high pure alumina or quartz tube as furnace chamber.
Working temp range: 800°C to 1600°C

1. Operation Temperature: 1600℃ (1700℃ for short time).
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina
fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 30 or 50 segments programmable.

1. Can you make the size as required?
Yes, the size can be customized.
2. Why the max. temperature can just use less than 2 hours?
It will harm the heating elements when using max. temperature for too long time.
3. Can I send you my sintering material?
Yes, you can, and we can help you sinter the material free of charge .
4. What is the reason of “Power and heating element are OK, but furnace can’t be controlled by program”?
Controller or related circuit may be damaged,please check controller. If not, please inform manufacturer.
5. Are you a manufacturer or trade company?

6. We are not professional for operation and installation of your machine?
