Bottom loading furnace for annealing sintering
Bottom loading furnace is a CE certified vertical high temperature muffle furnace. This furnace adopts lift type bottom structure, is more convenient to load and take material, the internal chamber heated from four sides, the temperature field is more uniform, using 1800 type heating element, working temperature 1650 ℃. And we have a variety of chamber size for your choice. The products are widely used in melting high purity glass, roasting, electronic ceramics, biological ceramics, magnetic materials and refractory metal, etc , they are ideal tools for sintering all types of materials, great for labs or college scientific research use.
Features of 1600c electric bottom loading furnace
1. Operation Temperature: 1600°C (1700℃ for short time).
2. Compact furnace chamber with auto lift and drop tray.
3. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina
fiber ceramic insulation.
4. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
5. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
6. Power control with 30 or 50 segments programmable.

Yes, the size can be customized.
2. Why that the max. temperature can just use less than 2 hours?
It will harm the heating elements when using max. temperature for too long time.
3. Can I send you my sintering material?
Yes, you can, and we can help you sinter the material free of charge .
4. What is the reason of “Power and heating element are OK, but furnace can’t be controlled by program” ?
Controller or related circuit may be damaged,please check controller. If not, please inform manufacturer.
