Introduction:
Straw and stalk fuel (namely biomass fuel) make fully use of solid wastes, such as maize stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shell, maize padding, cotton stalk, soybean stalk, grass, tree branch and leaves, saw dust, bark, etc. to produce solid rod shape granule fuel through crushing, pressing and forming..
The character of straw fuel brquette press machine:
1. High capacity, low power consumption, easy operation and low price. You can use the diesel machine without electricity.
2. It applies for molding all kinds of raw materials and the length of straw is from power to 55mm. The humidity is between 5% and 30%.
3. Electric heating function: we apply the full-automatic heating equipment and adjust the dry and wet degree of materials to solve the difficulties which are not pulg and not molding.
4. Pressure round auto-regulation: Using the principle of pushing bearing bi-directional rotation, we can adjust the pressure angle to make materials no crowd and no boring machine and ensure molding material stability.
5. Simple operation and convenient use: High automatic degree, less workers, only there workers. When send materials into the machine, you can adopt workers or automatic feeding machine.
6. Operating Process: Crush-transmission-forming - storage.
Raw material:
straw, sawdust, rice husk, seed shell, palm fiber, corn straw, alfalfa, and other biomass waste materials.
Production process
1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3. Pressing to raw material into briquette.
