Product Description

Product Introduce of Ball Mill:

Ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type, is widely used in ore processing, building material, chemistry etc, There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and over fall type due to different ways of discharging material. According to the shell shape, there are 4 kinds of ball mills, short shell ball mill, long shell ball mill, tube mill and cone mill.

 

Application Range of Ball Mill:

Ball mill is the key equipment for re-crushing the materials after they are primarily crushed. Ball mill is widely used for the dry type or wet type grinding of all kinds of ores and other grindable materials in cement, silicate product, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals and glass ceramic industry.

cement, silicate, fertilizer, all kinds of ores and other materials etc.

 

Working Principle of Ball Mill:

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board, and further discharged through the plane liner and steel balls. The powder material is exhausted through the unload plate thus the grinding process is finished.
