Features

Equipped with high precision intermittent device, pneumatic locking, pneumatic clutch, overload protection, and manual pressure adjutment device, which guarantee a high speed but stable running.
The machine also equipped with pre-stacking device, sub-feeding unit, variable speed feeding unit, automatic sub-paper collection unit, pneumatic sample getting system, automatic lubrication system, air chilling system for the lubrication of main transmission. All these configureation are ensure a high working efficiency.
The name brand of electrical and transmission components are equipped on this machine, which guarantee a high die cutting precision and stable running.
Equipped with programmable controller and man-machine interface, which is available to display the running status such as wooking speed, amount of output, running time, etc.
The LCD screen is available to display the machine fault and fault cause, which is convenient for operation.
The chilling of power cabinet is achieved by air convection, which ensure the electrical components working stable on a appropriate temperature.
The machine is equipped with many safety sensors and dveices, which guarantee the operators safety.

Main drive shaft: the main drive shaft is made of high quality alloy steel with special processed to ensure high precision, long life time and low abrasion.

Pneumatic clutch: Adopt imported pneumatic clutch, long life time, low noise, stable braking, rapid clutching and strong driving force, which conformed to the European standard.

Paper collecting unit: Automatic clollecting paper sheet in order, non-stop pneumatic sample getting system, available to check the die cutting result, also able to alarm and speed down automatically if the collecting is full.

Die cutting unit: The safety design of die cutting baseboard and cutting die, is good for moving, the tuning gear design is very covenient for cutting die changing and adjusting. The baseboard adopts 3mm thick stainless steel, while the active baseplate adopts 2mm aluminium plate.

Main driving chain: The main chain imported from England, adopts heavy loading and high precision transmission chain with high tensile strangth and abrasive resistance. The intermittent device adopts parallel 3-cam indexing mechanism with precision length. The curve of cam is designed specially the can stroke angle is big to achieve smooth running. To ensure safety, the imported overload protector is added between the intermittent device and main driving chain.

Gripper bars: The gripper bars are made of high quality hard alloy aluminum, with the treatment of anode oxidation on the surface, which achieve a strong rigidity and slight weight, which guarantee a high precision paper sheet transmission under the high working speed.
