Application:
LDP type Overhead Cranes is designed and produced according to GB/T 3811-2008,JB/T 1306-2008 standard. It is a light duty crane with rated load of 3 to 10 tons.Working grade is A3-A4 .
LDP type suspension single girder overhead crane is Widely used to transport, assemble, load and unload at workshop, warehouses, and factory etc. it is specialized requited when the clearance of the workshop is low, and have good advantage to fit low headroom, It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment
LDP type suspension single girder overhead crane belongs to very low clearance light duty lifting equipment. Its lifting hoist is installed at one side of main girder, so it can take use of the main beam height space and increasing the actual lifting height.
1. Main beam: The crane beams are of welded construction. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel load being transmitted to the crane runway.
2. End carriage: Crane traveling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very stable starting!
With advantages of big trolley tread,smooth traveling, tight structure,strong rigidity,delicate operation, low noise,safety and reliability and beautiful exterior.
