Introduction of Fine Crusher:
This series of crushers has been developed and improved by combining the advantages of the technology both in domestic and abroad, so that the structural design has been further optimized. The features of rational combination design of three crushing chambers, novel adjusting mechanism, and effective control of uniformity of the product fineness, easy access for maintenance have made the hammers and screen plates replaced more easily. All the wearing parts are made by new type of high alloy abrasion material with multiple elements so as to assure the abrasive property and impact-resisting property of hammers and lining plates. This series of crushers offers stable operation in an environment of low dust and less power consumption.
Application of Fine Crusher:
It is widely used in granite ,basalt ,limestone ,river gravel ,cement clinker ,quartz stone ,iron ore ,bauxite and other minerals. Fine crusher, the mechanism is also used for artificial sand, high-grade highways, water conservancy, airport, construction, cement, refractory, metallurgical and other industries, producing high-quality stone.
Working Principle of Fine Crusher:
1.When the impact finer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed.
2.When the materials get into first crushing cavity, they will be crushed and impacted by the board hammer on the rotor, and then enter the second fine crushing cavity for crushing.
3.Finally, the final product will be discharged from the discharge opening.
