Product Introduction:
FWE130 Production Line
The production line of painting for panel, furniture board,wood line or cabinet,is provided for UV, PU, water base, and fluorocarbon paint. It is consisted of two conveyers (sending machines), a dust machine, an automatic NC spray panting machine, and an IR oven machine (drying machine).

Features:
1. The duster is especially designed with double dust-removing sword brush. It is configurated medium voltage air blower. It can dust efficiently.
2. The duster can be used belt conveyor to convey. The belt conveyor is designed with ring form leather belt, which can prevent it from slipping while conveying. The belt conveyor can make sure that there isn’t interface flawed.
3. The appearance of the duster is novel, elegant and beautiful. Its floor space is small.
4. The dust on the workpiece must be dealt with this duster. Only after then can the workpiece be painted.
5. The speed of conveying workpiece can be controlled by the converter. It can be used in concert with any flow production line.

Features:
1. Equipped with an original imported Italian PE conveyer belt and all paint can be recycled.
2. Spray gun bearing adopts two-way two-group mode, and presets 4+4 airbrush system.
3. Spray gun system uses eight French Kremlin pressure mixed gas gun and a piston pump oil injection system.
4. The spray actuating device is drove by Japanese servo motor accurately.
5. An American BRANA light curtain scanning system is provided to scan the work-piece’s shape and size. The PLC controller can receive the work-piece’s signal and start spray painting.
6. Operator can set the painting parameter through the touching screen. Meanwhile the working state of the machine is displayed in the screen.
7. The circulation loop pipeline design ensures the stable pressure in spray gun and the paint flow is adjusted by the air-vent valve.
8. The air intake of double filtration devices makes the air clean and the filtration devices in exhaust pipe makes the paint aerosol being filtered clean.
9. The standard devices of the machine are eight original French KREMLIN medium-pressure mixed gas gun and a piston pump system. German WALTHER low pressure high atomization spray gun and French LERMLIN high pressure airless spray gun can be both used as automatic spray gun.

Features:
1. Using the heating theory, the machine can speed up the paint thinner’s volatilization and shorten the drying time.
2. You can choose the infrared ray to heat if it is needed.
3. The fan can drive the air to circulate, which can speed up the paint thinner’s volatilization.
4. The way to deliver adopts the conveyor which includes heat-resistant chain and stainless steel circular tube.
5. Equipped with automatic temperature control device to adjust the temperature.
6. Recycle to use the mixed flow to save energy.
7. When the air comes into the machine, the air can be filtered. The air draft can be adjusted.
