Process:

leveling machine table dry after complete, off the assembly line, the line can
link UV oven or Infrared ray leveling machine.
Features:
1,this production line is composed of two five shaft
automatic spray paint machine, many sets of leveling machine and wood door flip
institutions into.
2,there are positive pressure ventilation system, water clean
system work environment, guarantee the spraying effect.
3,paint flip and drying the flow operation mode, and the
shorter the paint dry period, and enhance the whole line production capacity,

to test the width of wood door ,no need manual changes.
5,to achieve continuous specification optional wood paint,
the whole line can be connected UV machine, increase dry line length.
