NOTICE: 1. This production line spray UV paint.
2. If you use the UV paint once the galvanized board pass the UV solidifying machine, galvanized board can be drying at once
3. If you use the UV paint, the production line needs the UV solidifying machine for drying.
The whole production line features:
1. Conveyer, dust removed, IR oven machine and UV drying device are provided to improve painting efficiency.
2. The conveyor’s speed can be frequency controlled to meet different painting requirements.
3. The paint recovery device can recycle 70%-80% wasted painting in order to improve the paint’s use ratio.
4. This production line is composed of door frame automatic sprayer, and leveling line and UV dryer.
5. Equipped with stereo metric UV curing machine to solidify the paint step by step and reduce the instant curing paint stress immediately to avoid paint cracking.
6. The special wave band lamp structure is able to control the paint’s toughness, hardness, adhesive force and rubbing property and bring the paint’s features in to play perfectly. | |
