· Suction feeding belts adopt German Siegling belts.

· Flexo die for glue application;
· Accurate film-cutting;
· Machine frame adopts 30mm steel plate with heat treated and is produced by CNC machines.
· Cylinder sheeting knife:The cylinder sheeting knife use quality alloy steel with special heat treatment to extend its usage life. This new sheeting system replaced the old scissor cutting to film feeding accuracy. By means of stepless speed variation, different film cutting length can be achieved. This will be more stable and reliable.
· Glue application roller: It is independently rotary. It can be pulled outside of the machine body. When machine stops, the glue application roller will keep rotating by its independent motor to keep the glue from solidifying onto its surface. When cleaning, the roller can be pulled out for easy access to save time and operator energy.
Intermittent film slitting system (optional):
This system is specially for partly slitting or constant slitting of the film such as the slit of the film on tissue box and etc. Slitting length and position can be adjustable easily. It works reliably without deflection.
